Data Deletion Instructions

You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, including data collected via WhatsApp, email, contact forms, or third-party logins (Meta, Google).
How to request deletion
- Email ronan@growthmarketing.solutions with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- Include the email address, phone number, or WhatsApp number associated with your data so we can locate it.
- We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Contact form submissions and CRM records linked to you.
- WhatsApp message history exchanged with our business number.
- Email correspondence stored in our outreach/inbox systems.
- Any associated profile, lead, or interaction logs.
Some records (e.g. invoices, signed agreements) may be retained where required by law, but will be removed from active processing.
